Started great, ended with no communication I’ve been a customer since 2022. For the first couple of years, they were great, service was reliable and affordable with no missed pickups. Over the past year or two, missed weeks became more frequent. At first it was resolved, but eventually my trash was left out for days with no response to calls, emails, or texts. We have utilized Cooper Refuse for 3 years for curbside trash pickup. Every few months we have a week where they just do not pickup the trash... good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or email.

We had the best experience with this company! They were professional, on time, a great value, and went above and beyond our expectations. We called them back for a second job and will do so in the future! Thank you thank you thank you. Update: We used them again 3/5/2025 and the service is still great service.

My trash has been sitting out in my driveway all week in the heat with the promise of being picked up. They won’t answer the phone! This is the 3rd time recently that this has happened! I was told in my last phone call that a driver said there was no trash in front of my house when they came by! Not true - we always have our trash out the night before it’s due to be collected - which is Tuesday. Time to move on
