My trash has been sitting out in my driveway all week in the heat with the promise of being picked up. They won’t answer the phone! This is the 3rd time recently that this has happened! I was told in my last phone call that a driver said there was no trash in front of my house when they came by! Not true - we always have our trash out the night before it’s due to be collected - which is Tuesday. Time to move on
I was helping my mother in law clean out some old stuff that resulted in a lot of junk. We made a trip to our local dump in Rockville, as we arrive we come to find out that they have not been accepting trash for a couple of weeks. 2nd week in a row our trash was not picked up, scheduled on Tuesday and it’s now Friday and I am loading my vehicle w/ rotten trash to take to the dump in the heat.. had to cancel my service, had hoped for better after similar issues w/ our previous trash removal service.
I had the best experience, they came and helped move my furniture from my home, with a very short notice. They were amazing and will definitely use them again in the future.
