Fantastic service and great advice. Cooper Real Estate took over as the Agent for our Investment Property approximately 18 months ago. The level of service was exceptional, and an easy decision when we decided to sell. Ross was very clear with what we should expect, and kept in contact with regular updates. He was even able to co-ordinate some small repairs that were required. Very happy with the level of service.
Trish is the rudest real estate agent I have ever met. We vacated recently, and after every single inspection of the property receiving a thank you for keeping the place so clean, we received a nasty phone call of Trish screaming that the place was disgusting. She told us we were not getting the bond back which resulted in another nasty call.
