Great apartment for a great price in a great location. Never had any problems with maintenance. Quick to respond and help with any issues. I highly recommend them if you are searching for a place!
My boyfriend and I enjoyed living in a Cooper Properties rental! Anytime we had an issue which wasn’t often at all they were always very responsive and quick to fix our concerns. The area was always clean and well kept. They had landscaping come out as well as other people (Mike was amazing) to come by and make sure the area was in top condition. My daughter and her roommate rented a townhouse on the north side of campus for 2 years. There was no need to move after the first year. Price was right and so was the location. Free covered parking was a nice bonus. The few maintenance issues they had were minor and handled quickly. We all were very satisfied and highly recommend Cooper Properties.
Adam and Connor have been so amazing throughout our move in process! They have been so friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating. My roommates and I have really appreciated how communicative they are. Definitely the best rental company we have used!
