We rented with Cooper Properties for 3 years and had a terrific experience. Adam was always great to work with, and the maintenance team was consistently communicative, friendly, and provided top-notch service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Columbus!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed living in a Cooper Properties rental! Anytime we had an issue which wasn’t often at all they were always very responsive and quick to fix our concerns. The area was always clean and well kept. They had landscaping come out as well as other people (Mike was amazing) to come by and make sure the area was in top condition.
