We have enjoyed our time renting with Cooper Properties. The communication is always warm and smooth. The maintenance requests are handled efficiently. The rent is reasonable and neighbors are nice. The apartment is full of characters. I hope you can find a cute home with Cooper Properties.
The company uses polite language but lacks transparency regarding its criteria. They provided multiple reasons for rejection due to income, despite saving, an ability to afford the payments, and even the ability of paying the entire lease in advance. The underlying policies remain unclear
My roomates and I love cooper properties! We have rented with them for 2 years now and the communication is amazing, maintenance is always timely, and the property is well kept. They are a small family business and it shows! By accident they pulled out a tomato plant of ours and later dropped off a basket of tomatoes for us as an apology. They care about their tenants and we have had a great experience!
