Messed up my test, the IV contrast was incredibly painful going into my arm instead of my vein, and now I have to repeat this horrible test
They failed to get authorization for my referral and canceled two days before my MRI after waiting for a month with pain. Looking to switch out of the Cooper Network.
Arriving early or even at your appointment time is useless. Each time I come here i sit and wait and watch countless other appointments go in ahead of me. And yes I understand we are all here for different reasons But whatever your reason You can expect a wait.
The workers here are very rude and nasty. The way they talk to be people is unacceptable. I will never come back here again or recommend this place to anyone
I had to call numerous times and had to have a temper tantrum just to get my results sent to me or the prescribing doctor. The latest is so bizarre...Dr. wrote that if needed, perform diagnostic tests and ultrasounds. After numerous years with that written on script with no issues, now they insist on performing a routine PLUS full gambit of tests? Guessing my insurance won't cover that crazy.
