Had an appointment with Peggy the APN. WOW. She was so kind, thoughtful, reassuring, and took every step to help my diagnoses. Also drew my blood at my appointment to help my diagnoses faster. Couldn’t recommend this place much more!!

Took 1/2 a day of work off so I could have both my yearly physical and also blood drawn at one time. I was assured I would be able to get the blood work taken at that time. I showed up and a note on the door read, sorry no blood drawn today. I wasn't to keen on what seems to be them rotating through Drs all the time, but them wasting my time off did it for me. I'm out.

I saw Dr Koshy here after having a rough time being able to get into my old primary care doctor. She was super nice and listened to all my concerns. She wrote multiple referrals for me and was really good with my kids that I had to bring into the appointment. The office staff was really nice and I really appreciate how Cooper makes the check in process so easy being able to do everything in advance on the MyChart app. I've moved pretty much all of my care over to Cooper at this point and I can't be happier.

My appointment was at 8:20 walled in the door at 8:35. The receptionist said I had to reschedule because when it was time for her to check me in it was 8:36 I find this to be ridiculous because anytime I go in for an appointment I'm waiting to be seen well past the 15 minute grace period.
