My husband and I like this building and the doctors in it. It is convenient to get to and love the little Cafe that you can grab a coffee or something to eat except they don't have anywhere to sit so you find a bench in the lobby. The only downfall is my husband is disabled and when waiting outside for a ride there are no benches to sit on. He had a really hard time standing and waiting.
Front desk at radiology specifically not helpful at all. Doesn’t deserve to even get a star. They don’t allow you to proceed with appointments if your late for 5 min due to traffic and the lady doesn’t even care at all
I was running late today from a Ash Wednesday mass. Debbie Gibson was fabulous, she went back on my behalf to check for availability and was able to squeeze me in. This to me is why, I love Cooper, kudos to management for hiring an excellent team. Please give Debbie a raise.
