I have a service contract. They call me every 6 months to say they are coming. They come, do a service and leave. The generator always works and it’s a huge relief when it does. My friend has a similar generator w no contract after a storm they realized it wasn’t working. That led me to make sure I’m always prepared. They do the job they’re assigned to do. When service tech shows up they do excellent job however it takes many many phone calls to get someone on the phone. It’s voicemail for service and they NEVER call you back. Instead you have to keep calling and calling .
