Today back from NY to NJ and your company people drive the company’s car to cut my lanes without using the light ! Purchased a generator , Cooper put the e stop on the unit. 6 months later it created a fault and shut off the generator. Called Cooper sent a tech told me the switch they installed only had a 90 day warranty. Charged $1100. . STAY AWAY
They don’t pay attention when you request items, they don’t even apologize when they make mistakes placing orders from the wrong items, they don’t try to bring any solution for the problem they created, they better do some recycling on customer service and learn how to treat people and recognize their own mistakes, it’s not too hard to say, sorry a made a mistake and I’ll fix it for you!!
