George came out in August to remove a hornet's nest from a tree in my backyard. He was professional and efficient. I had to call them again to find out how large wasps were getting into my house. He walked around the perimeter of the house and identified how they were getting in and treated the area. Hopefully that will solve the problem. Thanks Cooper!

Beware! This company is a complete joke. I called regarding a pest problem about 2 years ago and was talked into a maintenance plan they offer. At first we were ok with the service. Eventually we started realizing that any technician that seemed competent only lasted a short time. I would call to request certain workers, when a maintenance treatment would come up. They'd let me know that the person was no longer with the company. I'd be assured that they would send someone capable. Most techs. sent were lazy and very uninter... read more

I just had the most pleasant experience with one of Cooper’s inspectors named Lisa W. She was friendly, knowledgable and made herself available to me in the next two weeks should I see any unfamiliar bugs I could reach out to her. My inspection was free. Gave me some free monitoring devices and said she is happy to come back for them if I decide not to buy when the two weeks is done. She was the loveliest service provider we have ever had come to our home. Thank you Lisa and to Cooper Pest Solutions!

We had some yellow jackets getting in around our windows. I called Cooper and setup services for the next day and the day they were supposed to come, they “lost” our information so we had to setup something with a different company (a local company) who was able to make it the same day. Terrible customer service, they could have cared less that they couldn’t find our information. Said they would call us back to explain and never did.

My yard was it sprayed, yet my card was charged. I cancelled my service contract die to dissatisfaction and my request has been ignored. spoken to two seperate people and was told no problem, but today no service was provided and I was still charged. Very, very disappointed.
