Shingles first brought me to Pansy Cooper and she has been my PCP ever since, about 20 years now. I cannot give her enough praise or stars! While it seems that things go much quicker and less personal in this day and age, I can't say that has affected her. She thoroughly and intently listens. She has genuine concern for her patients.
