I felt like I've been begging them to do their service for me. They been wanting to remove my braces since February 2021, claiming it's looks perfect. Where it is so obvious there's still a lot to work on. I even asked Dr. Justin if they need additional payments from me and I am willing to discuss it. The worst, most unprofessional orthodontist office I have ever been to. My son started his treatment in March of 2018. We paid a 700.00 deposit and began monthly payments. As a retired/disabled combat army veteran, I receive dental insurance. Because the military changed insurance companies before they filed a claim but after treatment started, the orthodontist office said that my insurance didn't cover already started work.
