I felt like I've been begging them to do their service for me. They been wanting to remove my braces since February 2021, claiming it's looks perfect. Where it is so obvious there's still a lot to work on. I even asked Dr. Justin if they need additional payments from me and I am willing to discuss it. But, he said "We don't need more payments, and won't rush you, we take it off when you are satisfied". Everytime i come back there, i felt anxiety that they will take it off. My last appointment Dr Ian said I needed to have a jaw surgery to fix my bite. I didn't't know they couldn't't fix my bite without a jaw surgery. Anyway, i regretted that picked them. Francisca
