Honest trustworthy!
This year I purchased my first home. The house has an oil tank and I was concerned about dealing with oil and shady oil companies. I initially selected cooper because they seem to have the best prices around. In dealing with them for the past couple months, I have also found their customer service to be top notch and very friendly (very important to me). I’ve called for a delivery a couple times and they have always been there the next day. Hopefully they will continue to have highly competitive prices.
We ran into a bind last year (our fault, we read the meter incorrectly) and the normal companies that I called couldn't be there for almost a week so I researched more companies in the area and stumbled upon Cooper Oil/Northeast Oil. I have to say, this is the best company we've ever worked with for oil delivery. The customer service is always polite and wonderful, and the delivery is so quick.
