I have already switched to a different neurologist at a different Cooper Building. I have gotten my EEG done a few years ago at Cooper Cherry Hill and my Dr never gave me any updates. She told me to get off the medication without telling me to wean off of it. Few weeks later I was in a car accident due to a seizure and she didn’t care to check up on me right away. She said I had to wait… Luckily my Dr now has been great, he showed me my scans and diagnosed me with epilepsy. That’s all I wanted to know for yearssss.
Bad bad bad bad bad bad very bad if you have MS. Called in January with new insurance to initiate prior authorization for my husband’s infusion. Took them 3 MONTHS to even put in the PA, in which they left off any proof my husband has MS. Sent in an appeal. Insurance never got an appeal and advised to CALL for a peer to peer review. Called on April 8th to advise them to do the peer to peer. Called April 15th to find out if it had been scheduled. Was told someone would call me to update me. Never did. My Neurologists work here and I couldn't be more pleased, they take such great care of me I would happily recommend. Brief synopsis about me Female Veteran of 2 Military Branches and several Deployments, I was diagnosed with Migraines as a Disability while in the military. I came to cooper and had a really great experience with Drs. Alison Riggs and Tom Noff. They spent so much time with me and I felt seen on what was already becoming an awful medical journey. However, that changed when my symptoms started progressing really fast. I called every day asking for help what to do, sometimes twice as we got closer to a week.
