I was recommended to a specific Dr.I won't say who I saw but I was trying to be pushed off on another Dr after online it says the Dr I want is accepting new patients.Theses are sneaky underhanded practices.The Dr that was mentioned doesn't even have any reviews on any site I can find..I didn't come for the practice.I came to see a proven Dr of my choice, Not whoever they want to throw me with.
I very rarely write poor reviews, but I am disappointed by the way I was treated at this practice today. I had my appointment scheduled for a while and made the 40 minute trek to Cooper after work during rush hour. There happened to be some traffic on Rt 130 and Rt 42. I ironically received a Cooper Mychart text at my appointment time (4pm) to e-check in, and I did so, selecting the “15 Minutes Away” tab.
