I came to cooper and had a really great experience with Drs. Alison Riggs and Tom Noff. They spent so much time with me and I felt seen on what was already becoming an awful medical journey. However, that changed when my symptoms started progressing really fast. I called every day asking for help what to do, sometimes twice as we got closer to a week. I am extremely disappointed in the communication between my Dr and myself. I sent a message in my chart which he only answered one question of two. The answer was not complete and did not answer the question completely. When i called to see if Medicare approved my treatment I found out the Dr never submitted it. The next week I found out he now gave it to the wrong nurse. After two weeks it was finally submitted. I again sent a message through my chart about a prescription renewal. The nurse read it, asked me a question abou... read more

Avoid this office. For the second time the office has completely mishandled (by simply not even starting) a pre auth for a pretty standard migraine medication. Unfortunately, this leaves me without my medication for possibly a couple months. This is after years of trial and error to find a regime that works and keeps me functional.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Carran since I was 18, she always truly cares for her epilepsy patients. She weighs out all best options before jumping into a decision, back into 2016 she recommended me to Dr. Goldman who performed an amazing brain surgery that stopped my grand maul seizures. Of course I’m not seizure free but, as we continued over the years figuring out more options she always put me and my best interests first.
