Thank you for great service! State Farm sent us to Cooper's Body Shop to repair a shattered sunroof. Michelle and the body shop team took great care of us and returned the car in perfect condition within a week -- pretty good turnaround considering all the layers of scheduling. I appreciate that you can rent cars there, too, if you need them!
Will not go to again. Bought a used car from them less then a week ago and it ran smooth for that day. The very next day I find out it needs work done on the ignition and a shiftier cord, now that I paid out hundreds to fix that the power steering is leaking. I feel like it was temporary fixed car to begin with or just a lemon they pawned off on me. Very upset over this!

The track of the sunroof on my 09 challenger recently broke. My wife took it to cooper motor company, they told her they would have to keep it at least a week to fix it because they were unsure what parts would be needed and the windshield would have to be removed to fix it. They clearly didn't know how to repair it but estimated the repair at about $2200.00. Now the problem I have is they charged $96.00 to tell her they basically didn't know how to repair it. There goes any future business with me!

sneaky sales practices temporarily fixed a problem till I drove off the lot now they want me to pay for their unfair practice instead of fixing the problem and not hiding it
