They sent a bill for 685.52 (1094 to insurance) for ultrasound with insurance but insurance didn't cover, that cost 137 on their website without insurance. The scan was not for any particular treatment, just a formality during pregnancy. The receptionist did not provide price details for service before the scan. Michelle the ultrasound tech is wonderful. I have had multiple ultrasounds done by her over the past few years, and she is very nice, understanding, and helpful! She has a very calming presence, and always makes me feel at ease during my appointments.
Had a great experience with cooper mfm at Princeton for my 20 week ultrasound :) Edit: Called the following week because my OB wanted to have something monitored thru ultrasound. When I talked to nurse Janelle she was rude for no reason and not helpful.
The doctor and ultrasound tech were alarmists, I trusted my instincts and went somewhere else and I didn’t have an issue and had such a better experience. The doctor here wanted to give me an unnecessary surgery around 20 weeks pregnant and was shouting and making me feel like by not doing it I was being irresponsible. They scheduled me for a follow up to check and then do the surgery and I never went back. I’m glad I went somewhere else. I’m 37 weeks now and never needed any intervention. STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE! They have no consideration for the ladies making appointments. I just drove from an hour away and I was 13 minutes late and they said I had to reschedule. I understand I’m late but have some consideration for people driving far. Due to traffic. Everyone knows Princeton is a busy town, route 1 has so much construction and so congested with cars and businesses. I think that is beyond ignorant. I took off work and missed money.
