They sent a technician who can't do the repair that I told them was needed. I told them it was leaking oil, but they sent someone who can't do that type of repair.

Wayne was wonderful. He addressed all of my questions and concerns. He was patient, kind and helpful. Wayne is a real asset to Cooper Mechanical. You are lucky to have him. He went over and above what he needed to do. I am very grateful for how he handled my situation. He couldn’t have done more for me. P.S. And he loves dogs. My dog loved him too.

We had an emergency repair, and Jake was fantastic. He communicated clearly about when he would arrive and showed up right on time. He diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly, all while keeping us informed throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism, truly outstanding service!

Zero stars. We had an emergency leak today. My father in law told the gentleman exactly what he needed to bring and we were told he had it. Shows up and says actually I don’t have everything i need to go back and get it. Calls later and tells us $1600 for a 15 min repair!! Told him Nevermind and he told us he is coming back for his $175 service fee. Which I get is “expected” but this was a scam!!! He told us he would have everything when he got here and didn’t. So we had to pay for him to walk thru our door. Disgusting.
