My name is Chris Baker. Be very careful dealing with Cooper Mechanical. We had a problem with our pilot light on our hot water heater. The first technician came out and relit the pilot. Didn't do anything to fix the reason why the pilot went out, but we just went with it. Charged us $150 to relight the pilot. Pilot went out again a month later. The second tech came out, took a quick look at the heater (did not even get down and look into the heater or the ignition assembly) and said "you need a new igniter assembly (on the s... read more
