The service was fast, courteous and efficient. After a recent health issue, to lose AC during hot, humid weather was stressful! Cooper Mechanical evaluated the equipment and determined the 22 year old AC needed replacing. The replacement was completed quickly and efficiently! I’ve recommended Cooper to many family members.
Cooper Mechanical timely and fairly bid to replace two large Carrier outdoor/indoor a/c units. I accepted and the work was scheduled to proceed two days after that. The installation was letter perfect, neat and clean. Could not be improved on.
Cooper's service department has slipped in what they are supposed to do, which is to help you, hence my downgrade despite thousands spent at Cooper over the years. Need to improve that group, IMO. Knowledgeable techs, highly recommend them. If you can get Service Dept to react, their techs are generally quite good. Expensive. Perhaps emblematic of USA right now? (Not enough skilled labor).
I have been using Cooper Mechanical for the past 8 years and they are without question the best there is in the business. I had used several people before I found them and these guys are amazing! Dan in customer service and the entire team are awesome. They price fairly and get the job done, and well. I have had several major plumbing and HVAC issues over the years and they have handled all of them with ease! If you want good service, call COOPER MECHANICAL!
