Great service! We had a mini split unit installed in our 3 season porch and thanks to Cooper, it is now a an all season porch. The unit works wonderful and keeps the room at a steady temperature, we love it! The technicians were very friendly, knowledgable and clean, I highly recommend Cooper Mechanical, Inc. Thanks guys for a great job!
Made appointment 3 weeks in advance to get an appt around our availability. Appt was a no show or call. I called them and was told my appointment will be moved to later? Service manager Dan was rude when he was questioned. Poor customer service. Many recommendations to not use Cooper Mechanical and I didn’t listen.
Cooper really works with you, excellent Service Dept., to try to get you on the schedule especially if it's a fairly critical thing and even if short notice. Knowledgeable techs, highly recommend. Not the cheapest but one of the best ! I'll take that all day long.
We had been happy with Cooper Mechanical for annual AC maintenance. However we decided to replace the old system this year. The price quoted was reasonable. The work they did was impeccable on two units .They checked later to make sure we were fully satisfied. Recommended
When Will visited my home, he was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure my system was functioning properly and even though it was his last call of the day, he stayed late to complete required maintenance. His professionalism and strength of character was exemplary and I was fortunate to have employed his assistance!
