Thus far I've just had an initial visit but it was professional, yet warm through and through. From the greeting at the front desk until speaking with the doctor. I felt as though the next steps were thoroughly explained as well as my options. Most importantly, I was seeing the doctor right on time, if not a few minutes earlier than my appointment. I always appreciate my time being respected
Good. Looking forward to scheduled follow-up and answers. However, am not a computer person and am easily overwhelmed by this type of info request.
Had problems with my prostate frequent urinating, waking up many times to at night to go etc. Dr Cooper ran all the test and let me know my options. He’s very straightforward and skilled. After my surgery, my life has improved 100%! Very satisfied. Dr. Cooper was my second Urologist and gave me the best advice.
Dr. Cooper is really good he listens very knowledgeable and helpful with questions I've been to him 4 times. Would definitely recommend him
First time visit. Very nice, attentive, thorough, discussed nicely. I have a very rare condition, which is a mass that can grow by ureter tubes and can seriously affect kidneys. Urologists not always needed but was previously in my case. Not sure if mass is regrowing. Have to wait for results. I would trust him for further treatment if needed.
Dr. Cooper was very patient and understanding in treating my husband.

Dr. Jeffrey Cooper was OK to deal with. He was capable at diagnosing and performing procedures, however neither he nor his staff were very good at communicating. I did not know what to expect going into my few visits, and I left at least one visit in pain and discomfort without having expected any of that walking into the office. It all worked out fine, but as a patient, I would much prefer a doctor that can explain to me what we'll be doing next time I come to the office, and if I need to wear certain clothing or be prepare... read more
Dr Cooper is a very caring all around nice man. He cares about his patients and it shows with every visit. He is well trained and knowledgeable. I trust him with my life. I feel valued by him and consider him a friend as well as my Doctor.
