Amazing staff this is the office on monte cristo
I take my parents there. We loved Dr. Lorena and the Medical Assistants are very polite and respectful. However, the front desk staff need to change their attitude. They don’t even let patients finish their sentences and always respond in a rude manner. Sorry but that won’t be tolerated.
They've been helping me and my family out for years and never had done anything that would warrant anything under 5 stars. The lobby might be a little small compared to the one in Nolana, sure, but if you're looking for a small place that gives you more comfort and feels like they care about you, this place is pretty good. Could use more equipment I think.
Dr Cooper is a very good doctor for the services that she’s providing for her pet today by one of her employees Jesus and he was very polite and very attentive to my needs and heat appreciative of the services that they have provided for me. I recommend this clinic very highly. Thank you.
