Took my sister who was sick to the doctor here. Thought since it's cold I would be able to sit inside the WARM office. Nope. Was told to go sit in my car in 16 degree weather. What BS

I have chosen Copper as my primary care provider at 900 Centennial Blvd, Suite 202, Voorhees. However, booking an appointment is quite challenging. Same-day sick appointments are rarely available, and they often direct you to urgent care if you are really sick. Otherwise, you typically have to wait a week for an appointment. I don`t understand, why they have to accept patients only for well visits and this is very frustrating.

Only giving 2 stars because the woman on the telephone is nice. So unless you keep up with an annual physical (despite the fact you don’t NEED it) they wont continue to see you for sick appointments as you’re not “established.” Traditional medicine is a joke. This is why everyone ends up at urgent care. But then you gotta pay more normally with co pays these days. The whole reason I stopped utilizing primary care doctors was I wasn’t having success with Cooper other than needing my pulse checked and whatever they considered ... read more
