Most of the staff is kind. But that is irrelevant when it is impossible to get appointments. As a primary care provider, quite frankly, they should be legally-mandated to offer same-day sick appointments. Instead, they push patients to urgent cares and ERs, where copays and other charges are substantially higher. They should not be accepting new patients if they cannot handle the volume they already have. Getting an authorized procedure in their name nonetheless scheduled turned out to be a nightmare and didn't happen. Worse yet is the facility is Not Joint Commission accredited so when they do wrong there isn't many that can investigate. That's ridiculous.
Dr Huy David Nguyen is an excellent Dr. He’s very pleasant and never rushed. He’s very thorough. If you get their voice mail, you'll have to listen to someone who can't speak proper English. For example, "...if you need to AXE a question." These are the people in charge of your health. NO THANKS!
