Friendly and helpful staff
The provider did not hear my concerns. I was in for an annual and potential issue as a new patient. She insisted my husband was unfaithful probably and I had an STD when I knew that was absolutely not the case. No testing done for what I was concerned about and multiple follow up phone calls and messages in the portal that were not returned. Awful care. I had to do a tele-health appt with an online service just to get the correct antibiotic. Will never return.
This office has always been outstanding. The women at the front are so kind and patient. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I truly feel heard here.
