We were to be picked up at 630 am for Band trip to DC by this bus company. It is 11 am now while writing this and the buses are still not here!! I would avoid using this company. I will be calling the BBB!! I have yet to hear from anyone at Cooper Global!!
Disappointed with this company’s professionalism and service. My grandson’s school used this company to charter buses for a trip to Washington DC. They were supposed to leave at 7am. Buses were supposed to be there at 6am. They didn’t arrive on time and were 4.5 hours late in leaving. The result was they didn’t arrive to their destination until after midnight!
