If you’re EVER assigned Marquetta (MK), avoid driver at all cost! I’ve organized group travel since 2002 and have been a loyal Cooper Global (CG) client since 2017/18, spending approx. $40–$50k yearly with GC so I’ve had my fair share of drivers, and thankfully NONE like this one! For years, we’ve entrusted CG for countless group trips, which makes this review especially hard to write. We were to be picked up at 630 am for Band trip to DC by this bus company. It is 11 am now while writing this and the buses are still not here!! I would avoid using this company. I will be calling the BBB!! I have yet to hear from anyone at Cooper Global!!
