Took my ring in to get it cleaned and the ladies there did a fantastic job! They spotted my center stone prongs had worn down and I was in danger of losing my stone. So glad their in house jeweler was able to make the repairs and give it back good as new. Not terribly expensive either for the repair. Will definitely be using them in the future.
Diane and her staff provide wonderful customer service. They recently helped me design some new custom jewelry using some family heirlooms and the result was fantastic! Highly recommended!
The people at Cooper Fine Jewelers are great. They all introduced themselves but I am horrible with names. Very knowledgeable. I brought in a couple of watches for repair and sizing. They have a wonderful selection of watches and jewelry. I was looking at the watches. The lady explained the watches and their differences without me even having to ask. They sized the watches I purchased while I waited. Great customer care and service.
This is a great place to shop for those special gifts. The ladies are super friendly and very patient allowing me the time I needed to make my decisions before purchasing. Beautiful high quality merchandise paired with excellent customer service. Stop by and they’ll get you fixed up!
The lady's working there are very sweet and extremely accommodating.Was greeted with smiles soon as I walked in. They helped me pick out a chain and a font for the name piece I custom ordered and when I was unsure of the font they did not hesitate in pulling the book back out and assisting me in picking out a different font I was more pleased with. Definitely would recommend and I will for sure be returning for future purchases.
