Dr Louis is a sorry excuse for a physician and this is a highly incompetent health care facility. I was told to come in any time between 1 and 5 - no appointment needed. I arrived at 4:45 and was told that Dr Louis would not see anyone after 4:40. I showed the email to the woman at the desk confirming walk ins until 5. Dr Louis refused to see me. I was turned away. I have been looking for a good family doctor so I tried Cooper Family medicine in Moorestown NJ and boy have I been dissapointed. I had some very important blood work done about a week ago and I was told that the results are in but I would have to speak to my doctor about them. I left 2 messages for the doctor to please call me back so we can discuss the results and I can move forward with treatment if needed yet noone has called me back.
