I had the most wonderful experience with the Cooper and Elder family. My mother was in the hospital, and had lost her glasses. I called on the Cooper and Elder team to help me out. They went above and beyond customer service. Sharon went to the hospital and took the measurements on my mom so the glasses could be ordered right away. What could have been a disaster for our family was turned into a miracle today thanks to Cooper and Elder! My son broke his glasses trying to adjust them himself, and I learned that Cooper and Elder was the only place in the area that would solder them back together. After trying for some time to get them fixed, the owner came to us and told us he was unable to fix them due to the type of metal they were made of. you can't beat the service you get at Cooper and Elder. They make you feel so comfortable when you enter. As for me it takes awhile to pick out the frames I feel comfortable with. The prices are the best around.
