I had the most wonderful experience with the Cooper and Elder family. My mother was in the hospital, and had lost her glasses. I called on the Cooper and Elder team to help me out. They went above and beyond customer service. Sharon went to the hospital and took the measurements on my mom so the glasses could be ordered right away. As soon as I entered the business Mr. Elder started to assist me in picking out frames that would be perfect for my mom.
