We had a great experience with the Cooper Auto Group. We purchased a vehicle from the Jackie Cooper BMW lot. Julian Smith helped us through the purchase. He was patient, very helpful and answered all questions and tended to a couple of concerns we had. We never felt like he was trying to sell us something, just there to assist us through the process. We had a no pressure experience and the entire staff was nice to deal with. We would highly recommend giving them a shot at your business.
Although they didn’t have the car we were looking for, Roberto provided excellent service! Helpful, friendly and even called the next day to follow up!! Highly recommend Roberto if you are looking for a car!
