This was our first home construction experience and Cooper Design Build (CDB) kindly and professionally held our hand through the entire process. CDB delivered on time and as promised a beautiful, long lasting, well constructed and permitted result that we will cherish for a very long time. My family and I recently purchased a historic home that could use a little love. We knew that having an old home would typically bring about unique quirks to work around. We were right, but the Cooper team ALWAYS had a solution. We did a whole home remodel with Cooper in the summer/fall of 2025. We had previously done another project with them. Project was completed on time and we are enjoying our “new” home! Communication was great with our project manager Phil throughout. They continue to be responsive after completion about some minor follow ups. Highly recommend Cooper for this kind of work!
