Quality of care has significantly dropped over the past year that I’ve been here. I have been constantly going in for an appointment for a rash on my face since January, and it’s has not been resolved. It has been nearly 3 months of not receiving any medication and updates. What’s worse is that they have accidentally prescribe the wrong medication because they were incompetent enough to let insurance decide to do their job for them, and the medication triggered my allergies, and made the rash even worse.
