Attorney was hired to process probate for mothers passing. He did not keep up communications and then told us he submitted paperwork to court and we were waiting for court date. When I called court two months later, they said they never had any paperwork filed for my mothers probate. He lied to us and did not commit to the work we were trusting he was doing. Now, we are five months from her passing and no movement forward to get her estate taken care of.
My father gave him power over his will and trust. The 15th of Sept it will be two years. He has never introduced himself to either my brother or myself. He has had meetings with my brothers kids and done some things that other lawyers have told me are unethical and illegal. Never returns a phone call. He is pretty much in my opinion a crook.
