Kind and understanding. Dr. Cooper is definitely upfront in how he speaks, and though it may come off as rigid or harsh, it is exactly the accountability that I need in my life. He lets me vent, but then provides positive and carefully laid out plans to achieve the goals I set for myself. He is very personable and pleasant.
