Yolanda is warm, professional, and organized. No more than a quick chat and she knows the look I’m going for. She’s sharp and efficient, so we get to spend the rest of the session catching up on our hobbies, projects, business, and lives. I have never been rushed, never had to wait, and always leave looking forward to my next visit. She’s gentle with her shampoo/condition, mini facial, and waxing services too. Yolanda Cooper is the best at what she does. I was the typical guy who went to various discount haircut joints (usually which was the closest to my location) and was fine with the random hair stylist I was assigned..but not since I met Yolanda. Since day one she has always made me feel comfortable in the chair but that’s easy because she’s a joy to talk to. As of late, she’s been doing a zero fade for me and I’ve been loving it.
