I was trying to buy a 100K vehicle with a trade that is under factory warranty it does have the 6.2 engine open recall. I dealt with the best salesman in the place, I'm sure of it. Al Reinhard was not your stereotypical "salesman" that hounds you constantly. He kept in touch with me and demonstrated his dedication to his role at Ken Ganley on Brookpark Rd. by spending I don't know how much time, finding me the car, being very specific with what I wanted on it, and made arrangements to get it to me from out of state, in a timely manner. As another mention I bought two brand new vehicles within the last 5 years and unfortunately one has had many issues you would think an extended warranty would cover. Nope…. Read your fine print.  Service department was rude and maybe he would understand my frustration if he was in my shoes.  I’m done with this company forever.    Know your risk.  Extended warranty will not be in your favor for they will find every reason to not honor it.  Save your money and decline it.  I can understand things simply but customer service i... read more

In my opinion, this is the most dishonest and underhanded dealership I have ever dealt with. We spent a week going back and forth in negotiations on a particular vehicle and experienced multiple "bait and switch" tactics. The salesperson asked me via text to meet him halfway on the price just to get me to come in. And when I did, he did not honor that and instead, started our negotiations at the full listed price. Turned in lease and bought another vehicle from same salesperson and dealership. They promised to pay our last payment due on our lease since we were purchasing a vehicle with them and never happened and now after countless promises they sent the check in to GM Financial, the payment was recorded as 30 days past due. Followed up numerous times to no success. Once who purchase something and you are out the door they don't care about helping you.

I brought my truck in for an inspection, and the service writer informed me that certain work had been completed without my knowledge. However, the work he claimed was done could not have been performed because my truck doesn't even have the parts on it. I asked him three separate times to confirm he was referring to my truck, and each time he insisted it was.
