We bought a truck on June 7th. We drove it home &cranked it the next morning to find a maintenance light was on. We took the truck back to Prince first thing Monday morning. We were dismissed by the service department. Told the truck was fine. It was pulling a code but they stated that it was probably from it sitting on the lot.... Less than 2 weeks later the light came back on. We took the truck back in. They stated the injections needed to be replaced, and the light for the timing belt was on. ...they could do for us because they were just trying not to lose a ton of money. We gave a $6,000 downpayment that was just pocketed by Prince & financed $29,800. We were told they absolutely could not offer us any more than $25,000 for a trade in. We went back & forth for a couple of hours & then they could offer us $28,000. Which we did appreciate & was very nice, but still did not seem right. A truck we bought 62 days ago at this point & out of those 62 days the truck was in Prince posession being worked on for 37 days. ... read more

My 2021 Silverado 1500 had developed a problem @ 65K miles.....Shuddering when shifting, automatic 8 Speed transmission. Come to find out, this has been an ongoing problem with these vehicles. Known to the manufacturer for years. I DID NOT purchase this truck from Dimmitt Chevrolet. Technical Bulletins were issued to everyone but me.... the purchaser. That you Chevrolet! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. After you leave with your car you will never be able to get in touch with anyone again. I have left 16 messages by email, phone and text to several different people trying to get a finance question resolved and NO ONE will call me back. This is all after spending 2 hours waiting for finance to sign our paperwork the day of the sale. I am 52 years old and have been to SEVERAL dealerships this is the absolute worse one in the books!!! DONT GO HERE
Their website will not allow you to look at vehicles in stock> Without a formal contract to allow telemarketers to call you 24-7 They are not up front about any form of service to a customer
