This dealership is completely UNPROFESSIONAL!! The LACK of communication with customers is unbelievable. I dropped my car off for regular service (oil change) on a Friday at 9am & was supposed to be done before 2pm that day. They never called me back so by 4pm I started calling the service department to get a status update on my vehicle & they just kept transferring me & telling me someone will call me back in 5-10 minutes. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Change appointment times on you and won’t try to work with you on anything. Every time I have been there, I have had a problem with either the mechanics or the staff at the front desk. Don’t use them!
Alex my dealer was fantastic. No pressure and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We were in and out in an hour. I bought a 2021 with low mileage. Car came back looking brand new!!!!! I love it. Jake in finance, was also the best. Paperwork gone over and signed in a half hour. I am 60 yr old women and this was the best experience I have ever had with a dealer ship.
This is our second experience of buying a car from the folks at Bill Black. We bought a Kia Sportage from them two years ago and purchased a Hyundai Tucson to replace that vehicle last week. Sales Manager Russ Cox and Salesperson Kira Carter went out of their way to meet our needs and walk us thru the process. My wife and I could not have been happier and we love our “ new” car. Asked them to diagnose plow lights problem. They charged $189 for the diagnosis but couldn't figure it out so They came back for another $300 for diagnostic time. I was already on the hook for ~$200 when I complained the general manager said too bad and because he didn't like my tone made me pay cash to get my truck back. I bought the truck and plow from them ~15 years ago and had them service both over the years. Worse place I have ever seen or been to for service. I would give a 0, no star rating, if I could. I was so disappointed in their service from getting the appointment to going in for my appointment. The place is totally chaotic. It's like a factory assembly line and the atmosphere is quite unsettling. I called for an appointment for service maintenance for my car. This is a review of the service department, not the sales department. I ordered four new Michelin tires for my 2001 Dodge Ram and was told they would be in the shop in about four days. I waited, and I waited. and I waited. I did not call again because if they cannot get this much right, I really did not want to deal with them. So I started looking for another dealer. Stay away from this DEALERSHIP The staff at this dealership appear to have overlooked the significance of customer service. As a consumer, I feel obligated to bring my vehicle in for maintenance, and I regret purchasing the costly vehicle service package, believing it would be convenient due to my history with GMC/Chevrolet. this is our 3rd lease of Silverado from van bortel Chevrolet and now the 2nd recall that they do not cover on a Saturday --- guess customer service doesn't mean that much everything smooth until purchase then beware
