RecommendedCalled on my lunch break to have my key fob looked at! Service got me in and out with the help of a guy at the parts counter! Wasn’t even there 5 minutes tops and I was out the door with the problem solved! Thank you! ☺️

I have been trying to get a key made to open my door because, I locked my keys in my car, I was told by superior, I got the car to go to cooper, because they can’t make the key, well long story short I spoke with David in service dept he was very rude and did not want to help, I then spoke with David Pearson general manager, he was friendly and tried to help yesterday, but today when my daughter took what they needed down to get a key made, all of a sudden it is different and I need paperwork with a date on it and that is ma... read more

We are following the GM Prograom #10-00-89-009D: Key Code Security Rules and Information on GM KeyCode Look-Up Application (U.S.Only) - (Nov 26, 2019), States a Customer must provide 1. Valid ID AND 2. Vehicle registration to verify owner name and VIN. ( Current Tag Receipt ). Thank you for the review. I am sorry we were not able to give you a 5 Star experience. Made an appointment then me and my wife drove 2hours to buy a vehicle that I was told they have and get there and supposedly the owner has it and they can not get it. Piss poor Management and they dont know what vehicles they have or not have in stock.
Excellent knowledge of vehicles. Fair and honest trade in negotiations. Sincere effort to achieve customer satisfaction from all parties, from Ken Wood in sales to the service dept. Even the young man cleaning the car up made us feel like family. Highly recommend! ☆☆☆☆☆
I would not take your vehicle here for service, warranty or not. Rude and overpriced.
Let me make this clear, the sales dept is great. my salesperson, Mike(or Mark), was the best. He answered all my questions and I wasn't left wondering. NOW! the service dept...DO NOT go there! take your vehicle some place else(warranty or not). I took my camaro there to have the a/c worked on. They had to take my windshield out, (which they completely shattered) and my dash. When I got my car back...I DID NOT get it back in the same shape I left it. 1. We’ve been looking for quite a while for a Jeep for our daughter. We found this one online and made the drive over to look at it. Colton had the car cleaned up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. We were in and out in under one hour. The whole staff made our buying experience a great one!
