Was told incorrect information, had to ask to see the part to verify “miscommunication”. The pricing was outrageous, I denined any further service for this issue. I was disappointed on this day.
Fast and easy. My best car dealership experience to date
I have been looking for a new/used car for quite some time. I found the perfect GMC Yukon at Cooper and came by to look at it on a Saturday. It was the perfect car for my family! We worked with John and thought he was professional, knowledgeable, and not pressuring us at all to buy. We came back on a Monday to finalize the deal, and we are so happy with the purchase of our GMC Yukon Denali. Cooper Chevrolet has to be the best dealership I have ever dealt with!!
My salesman John Smith was excellent! He was knowledgeable, straightforward and honest with me. When one option wasn't available for me he instantly had another option that I was approved for. I would highly recommend Cooper Chevrolet and my salesman highly! I fail to mention how easy the finance guy (sorry forgot his name) made the closing process he's very good!
