The staff here is so welcoming and kind, and the doctors are extremely thorough and take their time to care for you.. you don’t feel rushed or disregarded at this office. I have seen a couple of the providers here whether for sick visits, physical, or my awesome PCP dr Carey, and they are all equally amazing. If there is a wait to see one of them as a new patient it is definitely worth it because the care is unmatched. Shout out to Dr Carey because he is really the best ever. I just want to acknowledge an amazing Supervisor at Cooper Care Alliance Primary Care at Turnersville. Everytime I come to Cooper Susan Conover is always the same. She is super sweet, kind, professional and very knowledgeable about the medical field. She is transparent and very caring and I really do appreciate that about her. I was declined a prescription refill because I had reached a year since my last physical. Was traveling for work and couldn't get there in January... Frustrating. So, after complianing - they sent in the prescription in & doctor appologized when I came in for a physical. Very nice. Dr Lowe is excellent, efficient, took his time to talk with me. If you want to get your blood work done at the same time as your physical... they'll do that.
Went to another office and it was the same corporation ugly feeling like the office managers are the criminals along with any doctors who don't listen to their patients it's a shame. After 25 years of going to this office our entire family are changing drs because of the OFFICE MANAGER KELLY. We are very sad to because we love DR FOX & DR MICHAELSON but we as a family will not be bullied into unethical tactics created by the management of this office.
