I'm very disappointed in Cooper (at least on the endocrinology side of things). I found out I have a thyroid disease and a solid growth on my thyroid in May, all causing some very awful symptoms for quite some time. My physician, Dr. Deborah Ubele is caring, intelligent, and top shelf in every way. I am confident in her care and have been for decades. Brace Rd. CHA is convenient and I have always been treated with courtesy at this location. I would and have recommended it to y friends.
They are impossible to get a hold of on the phone and usually when you do, someone hangs up on you. Dr. Yang is okay. She always seems so frustrated and short tempered with everything. And not to mention most of the nurses here are wildly unprofessional. My 84 year old grandmothers nurse from today kept using slang and slurring her speech, to the point my grandmother couldn’t understand what she was saying at all, and I couldn’t barely understand her.
