My physician, Dr. Deborah Ubele is caring, intelligent, and top shelf in every way. I am confident in her care and have been for decades. Brace Rd. CHA is convenient and I have always been treated with courtesy at this location. I would and have recommended it to y friends.
They are impossible to get a hold of on the phone and usually when you do, someone hangs up on you. Dr. Yang is okay. She always seems so frustrated and short tempered with everything. And not to mention most of the nurses here are wildly unprofessional. My 84 year old grandmothers nurse from today kept using slang and slurring her speech, to the point my grandmother couldn’t understand what she was saying at all, and I couldn’t barely understand her. I love this practice. I was hesitant to return to Cooper for physician care as the last time I had a PCP with them, my experience was not great. I am unsure if it’s because I was an employee at the time ( under a different name). I was recommended to this practice by a work friend who understood I was looking for care that could provide me with either the care I need or to help me better understand what’s happening to my body.
