A few years ago my spinal cord became impinged in three places by the vertebrae in my neck and upper back. I lost the use of my hands and I kept on falling due to my nerves not firing properly. Dr David Clements performed a very difficult and delicate six hour operation on me and was successful in fixing the problem. There was only a 30% chance that I would regain full use of my extremities. I am pleased to say that I recovered fully. Dr. Clements is a highly skilled surgeon who also cares about his patients. Dr. Graf and Dr. Rowe and their staff have been very professional and pleasant ever since I was the victim of a head on collision in Jan 2018. Dr. Graf and Dr. Rowe spent 9 hrs repairing my broken femur / pelvis / and reconstructed my hip. God Bless - and I would recommend their services.

The staff seems to have time to search for patients on IMDb and make catty comments about them, but they’ll waste patients’ time by not processing them. It's really inappropriate to talk about patients in front of other patients. The doctor isn’t very good, either. I’ve had 3 good podiatrists in the past. They’ve all retired. Now it feels like every patient is treated like a business opportunity.

I am very disgusted with this practice! I brought paperwork in on my 9/1appointment to be filled out by the doctor for transportation due to a right foot fracture and still don't have it. I call daily and 10 days later still have nothing! It's now affecting my job! I have a non weight bearing injury and can't get to a bus stop or get up the steps on a bus for that matter to get to an from work.

Why give appointment times when you are not going to keep them..But if we were to show up 2 hours late would we still be seen? Then why make us wait 2 hours or more! This is such bad practice!!
