Cooper & Binkley Jewelers is THE jewelry store for Brighton Mark and Barb Binkley, along with their entire staff, are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They really care about their customers, as well as their community. They constantly give back through several organizations - including The Arc of Livingston.

Great Customer Service I was absolutely impressed by the courteous and professional service provided by the welcoming staff. We recently moved to the area and everyone I asked recommended Cooper & Binkley. They were busy but still managed to repair my diamond earring in 20 minutes. They also cleaned my rings while I waited. I will definitely go back!

Poor repairs and Poor Customer Service Have been a faithful customer since 2007 and were convinced C&B were the best because they've won many local awards for customer service. Unfortunately, their staff has consistently been very rude and disinterested in giving us the help we needed with various jewelry we own. After many months of poorly done repairs by their staff, we hesitantly tried another jeweler who was able to fix my jewelry correctly and redo the terrible repairs CB had done. CB declined a partial refund after we waisted money on inadequate repairs by their staff. If you need a free watch battery, we highly recommend them. However, if you need something repaired, don't waste your money. They could care less about being helpful if you didn't spend thousands of dollars on in their store.

The very best Outstanding! I have used Cooper & Binkley many times over the last 10 years including my wife's engagement ring, earrings, our wedding bands, and rings for the births of our two children. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Their staff is great and the owners take a active role and interest in what they are selling. What I like best, however, is that I always feel as though I was treated fairly, never the buyer's remorse of "did I over pay?". I would recommend them to anyone and I won't go elsewhere.

This location is BRIGHTON, not NORTHVILLE I have been to Copper & Binkley many times in the past, and am alway impressed with their customer service and the quality of their jewelry. I own several pieces from them and am well pleased with the quality.

I love them! Cooper and Binkley was the only place with iniative and creativity to find what i liked for my engagement ring. Not only did they find the exact ring I saw 2 years ago by a simple drawing, but they also were the only company that had the designer make one just to show me, have it sent in, then in the efforts to try to show me what different color diamonds would look like, they just chose highlighter to color the diamond. I went to several places that never spent this kind of time on me. I drove over an hour to buy my ring from them and I will buy all my jewlery from them. I hands down recomend them!
