We recently had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Cooper Appraisal. Our appraisal was done by Wesley Kerr. For the purchase of property, he pulled land comps as far back as September of 2019 and 2021 for land we’re trying to purchase in 2023. Totally unacceptable.
