We recently had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Cooper Appraisal. Our appraisal was done by Wesley Kerr. For the purchase of property, he pulled land comps as far back as September of 2019 and 2021 for land we’re trying to purchase in 2023. Totally unacceptable. The appraisal came in way low-25% less of what it should have been (as confirmed from another appraisal company). This appraiser needs to be held accountable for an inaccurate appraisal report.
