Dr Moccia is a phenomenal physician but this location is HORRENDOUS. You cant EVER get anyone on the phone. Voicemail is always full. No responses to messages or requests through the portal. Been trying to get a refill of my cardiac meds for a week now, and not one person has called me. All they did was send the wrong dose and quantity to express scripts, just to get canceled 2 days later. Now I'm not going to have enough of my medication to last until my new script gets here.....that is....if anyone in that office can actua... read more
