Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does the chiropractor customize their treatment to meet the needs of your specific condition? Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, I got what was promised Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They have always went above and beyond to help me. I think Dr. Cooper & his staff is GREAT!!!!!!

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
