I would like to thank the CoopGroup team for offering a fantastic service of providing and installing a split system air-conditioner to heat my elderly father's room. They were prompt in quoting and scheduling the job which they carried out to perfection. I really appreciated their professionalism and would high recommend them!
A lengthy power failure broke our zoned ducted heating system (Brivis). It was difficult to find anybody capable of fixing this within a week, and we are very glad Bruno from Coop Group got it going again within 4 days. He also suggested an upgrade so this issue should not happen again. Communication with everyone at Coop was excellent.
