Quite disappointing. Requested a qoute for Split system. Company came out and inspected the sight. Took time out of my work schedule to stay at home and meet them to walk them around the property and discuss requirements. During inspection qouter asked our budget. Of course deliberately low-balled to see the best deal they could do with VEU rebate. Got an email stating they could not meet my budget, so they did not even offer a qoute. Coop Group were efficient, great communicators and prompt. They fixed our heating and were upfront about costs and what was wrong with the unit. Really appreciate their phone support also. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if required.
Excellent service!!! We had Bruno and Johnny coming over to provide the ducted heater maintenance service. They are very polite and friendly. They took the reasonable time (not rushing) to clean and check up the heater. Happy with the service :)
From the first phone call to Coop Group, the communication of the technician’s arrival by their booking system, to the service, and then the aftercare by admin, I found this organisation professional and very competent. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an air con service or deep clean of your air condition unit! Special shout out to Harry who was down to earth, calm and efficient.
