We had COOP Air install a split system last year and were very happy with them. So we decided to get them back to service our ducted heater. We liked how they conducted their business. Showing us videos of before and after... highlighting a potential problem had we not serviced our unit. Great communicators, on time and a follow up call the day later, checking to see if we are happy. Thoroughly recommend these guys for installation and maintenance of your heating and cooling systems.

Coop Group just installed a reverse cycle air con for us. Exceptionally happy with their work, from quoting to install, tidying up afterwards and the call the next day to ensure we were happy. Would recommend them without hesitation.
Fantastic customer service, communication throughout booking process etc was great, the service tech was nice to deal with and did a very thorough service of our unit along with a report. Very happy, will continue to use for any of our aircon/heating needs.
