We have used the Coop Group a number of times. On the last visit, Bruno and his colleague provided fantastic service! They serviced our gas ducted heating, evaporative cooling, and split systems, and gave us a very thorough report and clear explanation of all the work completed. They arrived on time, were professional and friendly throughout the visit. I can thoroughly recommend Coop Group to do your next heating and cooling install, Cooper has completed every request I have asked promptly with no hesitation, and his work colleague Domenic was no fuss and easy to please with solutions rather than if's or buts nothing was to hard

Coop Group installed a ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system in our house. They worked with us on a mutually acceptable design that works very well. Their installation team arrived as scheduled and completed the job within one day. The team was friendly, totally competant and cleaned up when the work was finished.

Cannot recommend highly enough. These guys are fantastic communicators, always get back to you with any questions you have, let you know when they’re on their way, explain what they are doing. Tayla has been brilliant too in passing on messages and very friendly. Had a difficult aircon install and these guys turned up early to be on time and worked through and got it done before end of day. Definitely worth the 5 stars - would use and recommend Coop Group any day!
