Placed my order at the beginning of October. Told that it would be ready the following week. Called them a couple of days after it was supposed to be done and the lady told me the machine was broken and it would be the next week. Called them again a couple of days after the second deadline and was told that the machine was still broken and she would make sure that mine was done first and would be ready for my event in November.
