Best contractor experience! Nathan is completely reliable and honest. Open and transparent regarding cost, progress, and scheduling. Quality of work is top-notch. We had Coons Construction remodel our mid-century modern house: install new HVAC systems, repair exterior water damage, new electrical system (and panel) new windows, finish basement space, create a laundry room, new plumbing and more. Nathan and team did an outstanding job on our deck remodel. I really appreciated how communicative he was throughout the project. He also provided a digital rendering of our deck before we started so that we could make informed design choices, which helped a ton. Coons construction did two major projects on my 1950’s home. First, was to replace 73 year old siding, windows, doors and plumbing. Nathan orchestrated the project in a very efficient and timely manner. Second project, remodeling a 50’s, very dated and run down, family room. Added a toilet and sink in the laundry room.
