Non paved units are not weather proof, and the doors do not shut soundly. You have to put a cinder block against the doors to try and get them flush to the building. Our unit leaked. We utilized the storage unit as a place to temporarily house keepsake furniture from my grandparents estate. Upon removing boxes and furniture, many boxes had wet and rotted bottoms, and all of the furniture is mildewed. Very frustrated and disappointed, especially for the rates. I would not be able to recommend, unfortunately.
