We used Coombs Engineering when we had concerns over the quality of our new construction which included framing/foundation. Jerry is very thorough and walked us through each aspect of his findings. We were able to use his reporting to go back to the builder and come up with a reasonable solution. I would highly recommend his services and will be using on any additional structural concerns we have.
I've used Coombs Engineering for multiple projects over the past 10 years. Everything from a large ICF home, to a swimming pool, gazebo and other structures.
