My 1st experience with Coolzone was good, but that's about where it ends. I purchased my home in January of this year and when the summer came (May) my AC went out. Coolzone came out and replaced the carburetor and got the AC working. GREAT! No issues. Fast forward to November. We see temps in the low 30s and my furnace goes out. STAY FAR AWAY Firstly it stands to mention that CoolZone is being ran out of someones house if that isnt enough to make you avoid this company at all costs maybe my experience with these people will. My home warranty ( 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty ) hired CoolZone to come out and fix my AC. When the person arrived he had no tools, arrived in a non-descript truck, and honestly, I wasnt even sure at first he was the contractor.
