Unfortunately, this company has been unresponsive. A technician arrived but left without informing us, and we had to follow up ourselves. Each time we called, we were told the manager was in a meeting, and despite multiple attempts, we have yet to receive any communication. All of this has been happening while we’re dealing with the peak summer heat. The process has been slow and the communication severely lacking.
