Joe absolutely made my day! My AC was only blowing hot air, and with this heat, I was worried I'd be waiting days for help. Joe responded the very same day and arrived within an hour of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, took the condenser apart, and found a leak that was causing the issue. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were impressive.
